A2J Thought Leadership
The Maryland Access to Justice Commission serves as a thought-leader on access to justice issues in Maryland. By leading high-level task forces and working on cutting-edge projects, the Commission works to understand and analyze A2J best practices and innovations being used in other states, nationally and internationally and their viability in Maryland. Below are reports written by the A2J Commission, both in its current iteration as well as when it existed under the auspices of the Maryland courts. We are also including important reports in the access to justice space created by other organizations for reference.
