EVICTION HELP
If you are a tenant facing a landlord-tenant issue or court case, there is a new law in Maryland (the Access to Counsel in Evictions law) that gives you a right to access an attorney for free if you fall below a certain income. Maryland People’s Law Library
The Maryland People’s Law Library exists to provide legal information to the public. They explain different civil legal topics in plain language on their website, https://www.peoples-law.org/.

Maryland Law Libraries are a good and reliable source of up-to-date legal information. Law librarians cannot give legal advice, but they are information experts and can help you if you do not have a lawyer.
